MEET OUR PASTOR
Pastor. Church planter. Surfer. Neighbor.
For more than 26 years, Jeffrey has served churches and communities in the United States and abroad. Today, he and his wife Shirley are planting Waves of Grace with a heart for building a Christ-centered community along Florida’s coast.

His ministry is rooted in Scripture, discipleship, and walking alongside people through every season of life. And when he’s not serving the church, you’ll probably find him near the water.

Waves of Grace is a community learning to follow Jesus together — through Scripture, prayer, fellowship, the Lord’s Table, and life shared beyond Sunday morning.
